Jeff Zingsheim brings nearly 30 years of experience leading and growing teams in businesses ranging from technology startups to multinational global corporations. Both within new businesses as well as mature, globally distributed organizations, Jeff has provided the technical direction, discipline, structure, and processes needed to meet the required business requirements.

Prior to leading engineering and IT organizations, Jeff began his career as a hands-on software engineer, preparing him to provide a high level of discipline and attention to detail to all aspects of leading the organizations he has been a part of. Most recently, Jeff has added business development to his repertoire, structuring software development, information management, cybersecurity, and project management client engagements. The cybersecurity engagements that Jeff has spearheaded include security awareness and training, vulnerability management, and secure software development lifecycle design and implementation.

Jeff's unique experience across both technical and commercial disciplines enables him to speak to both the "why" and the "how" of organizing multiple disciplines, including engineering, IT, business development, finance, and general management. As such, he is able to define and implement cost effective solutions that are fully aligned with the needs of the business.
