Having earned Microsoft certifications including a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), I’ve helped numerous clients understand the information technology solutions needed to run their businesses.

Now we find Information Technology Security is the primary focus. There’s a real need bring awareness to the various security challenges we’re confronted with more and more frequently. Our team of Solutions Advisors provide not only a broader scope of cyber security solutions, they offer the extensive wisdom and experience critical to strategic planning.

Through trust-based content marketing, end user training, and strategic partnering, with cyber security products, we’ll demonstrate our competency providing cyber-security solutions.

  • Re-established a relationship with the third largest law firm in Wisconsin resulting in a multi-level infrastructure upgrade valued at over $350,000.00
  • Awarded the Telecommunications Support Contract for a large County Agency valued at $1.1 million
  • Coordinated weekly with 7 other Earthlink IT Sales Managers and Engineers to strategically plan our sales team’s success
  • Developed weekly "Lunch and Learn" sales training seminars for Managed IT Cloud Hosting solutions
  • Engineered technology solutions for business clients, understanding how to solve business problems implementing Managed Cloud Hosting and SaaS solutions. Working directly with the sales teams and C-Level clients Cloud Hosting sales increased by 71%. Designed a Cloud-Based Network Solution for one of the largest Cloud Hosting clients in Milwaukee
  • Designed a multi-site ShoreTel VoIP system for a premier enterprise level ambulance firm in the greater Milwaukee area and for the corporate offices of an enterprise level chemical manufacturing firm in the Racine area
  • Working directly with the Vice President of Operations, jointly developed a large Managed Services products and service solution
